How savings are calculated

Questions from finance teams
What if PromptPinch saves us nothing in a month?
You pay only the platform fee. The savings share applies only when there are verified savings above the minimum set in your agreement.
Do you resell AI usage or mark up provider prices?
No. You keep your own provider account and pay them directly. We never handle your AI spend.
Can we check the savings ourselves?
Yes. Export every request with its actual cost and its cost without PromptPinch, and recalculate it with your own provider price list.
How are we invoiced?
Monthly in arrears, with an itemized savings report. Annual contracts and purchase orders are available on Enterprise.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Switch your base URL back to your provider and cancel from your account. Monthly plans have no minimum term.
